GRAPE VARIETY: 70% Viura and 30% Malvasia

CHARACTERISTICS: White wine from winemaker Alivia Bodegas.Intense golden color with aromas of white flowers and citrus mixed with honey notes. Full, creamy, complex and balanced in the mouth. Elegant woody notes. Long and intense. The wine was fermented in French oak barrels for 6 months. The production process is manual.

ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: Located on the Camino de Santiago, their winery uses a completely artisanal process to produce wines from their own vineyards that are over 100 years old. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, so that the grapes arrive in the cellar in optimal conditions and thus maintain the appropriate quality for the production of their wines. With this passion and care, they offer two ranges of wines with different characteristics, but with the same spirit of respect for the vine as the origin of all exceptional wines.
