CHARACTERISTICS: Livius Graciano from Bodegas Alvia is an excellent red wine from Rioja with a fine style but strong personality. The wine reveals a wonderful aroma of ripe fruit and plums at the beginning. This then quickly turns into an impulsive but also delicate taste of ripe fruit. Finally, this is followed by several other diverse aromas. Among them are mainly shades of cloves, cherries and plums. These are combinations with pleasant acidity and a subtle note of wood or vanilla!

ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: Located on the Camino de Santiago, their winery uses a completely artisanal process to produce wines from their own vineyards that are over 100 years old. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, so that the grapes arrive in the cellar in optimal conditions and thus maintain the appropriate quality for the production of their wines. With this passion and care, they offer two ranges of wines with different characteristics, but with the same spirit of respect for the vine as the origin of all exceptional wines.
