CHARACTERISTICS: Wine with cocoa and blackberry aromas. This wine has a deep cherry red color. The aroma of the wine is rich and multi-layered, dominated by notes of black cherry, blackberry, cocoa beans and licorice, as well as bright shades of dried flowers and wood. The taste of the wine is soft and balanced, it surprises with spiciness and fruitiness, you can feel shades of oak, tobacco and crumble, as well as crisp acidity and creamy tannins. The aftertaste of the wine is long and harmonious, you can hear spices and fruits in it.

ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: Located on the Camino de Santiago, their winery uses a completely artisanal process to produce wines from their own vineyards that are over 100 years old. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, so that the grapes arrive in the cellar in optimal conditions and thus maintain the appropriate quality for the production of their wines. With this passion and care, they offer two ranges of wines with different characteristics, but with the same spirit of respect for the vine as the origin of all exceptional wines.
