CHARACTERISTICS: The wine has a rich cherry color with dark burgundy reflections. The multi-layered aroma fascinates with its freshness and harmony, revealing shades of dark ripe fruit and light liqueur nuances. Upon aeration, floral, herbal, earthy, smoky and balsamic tones appear on a mineral background, complemented by nuances of spices, dried meat and leather. The taste of the wine captivates with its brightness and freshness. It is voluminous, fleshy, perfectly structured, strong and at the same time elegant. Rich tones of ripe dark and blue fruits dominate, complemented by subtle nuances of wood, wet leaves and cocoa. The silky texture, lively acidity, ripe tannins and long aftertaste make the taste of the wine unforgettable.

ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: Located on the Camino de Santiago, their winery uses a completely artisanal process to produce wines from their own vineyards that are over 100 years old. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, so that the grapes arrive in the cellar in optimal conditions and thus maintain the appropriate quality for the production of their wines. With this passion and care, they offer two ranges of wines with different characteristics, but with the same spirit of respect for the vine as the origin of all exceptional wines.
