CHARACTERISTICS: The wine is bright, rich in color, reminiscent of ripe cherries. The scent fascinates with its spiciness and floral variety, in which notes of juicy black and blue berries, wild herbs, black pepper and a slight shade of iron intertwine. The taste is fresh, juicy, dense, with a well-defined structure and fruity notes, dominated by shades of cherry and blueberry. The tannins in the wine are firm, polished, and the aftertaste is quite long and spicy, leaving a pleasant impression.

ABOUT THE WINEMAKER: Located on the Camino de Santiago, their winery uses a completely artisanal process to produce wines from their own vineyards that are over 100 years old. Harvesting is done by hand in small crates, so that the grapes arrive in the cellar in optimal conditions and thus maintain the appropriate quality for the production of their wines. With this passion and care, they offer two ranges of wines with different characteristics, but with the same spirit of respect for the vine as the origin of all exceptional wines.
