CHARACTERISTICS: Blanc De Blancs Brut represents a unique expression of its region.Balance and harmony merge into one. A blend consisting of pure ribs obtained from the best locations in Šmartno and Kozana. The ideal sparkling wine for celebrations on any occasion. Excellent both as an aperitif and for the whole meal. A combination of different varieties of ribula from three vineyards. average age from 15 to 65 years with 50% ribula from the Muško vineyard, 30% ribula from the Gmajna vineyard, 20% ribula from the Vrh vineyard. Average aging on lees: 36 months.
